We aren't recruiting Swanigan at all and I don't think Arizona is in on him much either. Michigan State, Duke, Kentucky, Louisville mostly. I don't think Zimmerman has any influence on anything. Bryant is the only one we are recruiting. Have a shot but don't bet on it

Yeah, if we are going after one of the remaining 2015 point guards I would really like for it to be Lovett -

Might be crazy but I honestly think Stan is around next year -
Read that he was down to Missouri, Oregon, Ohio State, and LSU

Lol my friend at Purdue is doing this for the football team as well. She said she gets paid $3 per class and all she has to do is notify a coach if the player is not in class

He is better than last year

Saw that OG had 27 and Morgan had 14

Hoosier Transfers and Recruiting Targets
NoahW35 replied to WayneFleekHoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I don't think we ever offered but I know we were in contact with Devaughn Purcell for a bit last spring. Averaging over 16 points and shooting very quality percentages in 25 minutes per game at Illinois State -
The State of our program- How do you guys feel about it?
NoahW35 replied to Banksyrules's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Was thinking about this the other day as a current student. I think soccer actually outperformed preseason expectations this year, and we won a title two season ago so I can't complain much. I don't follow too closely but I've heard that out soccer recruiting has dropped off lately though. I really like the new baseball coach so I have some hope there. Same with women's basketball player. We didn't suffer any transfers with Millers resignation and we signed some solid players for 2015 so I'm hopeful that we can keep the momentum going. For football, I'm not really sure what we can do. I don't think Wilson is the right guy, but other than making one of the lowest bowl games every other year or so, I'm not sure our football program will ever be much. The fact that our football program brings in less money than nearly all other major athletic conference programs hurts all of our athletic programs. In basketball, Crean has to go. I think with the right coaching hire (yes I do believe that a very good up and coming coach would come here) we could very quickly be a top 10 program again. I also think we need a new arena. Assembly hall isn't getting it done anymore and the 40 million dollar renovation isn't going to fix that. Recruits don't care about the history or tradition of the building, they want to be wowed by state of the art facilities. And as a student that regularly has to sit in the balcony, a building that provides a better experience for fans is needed as well. We just spent a ton of money on Memorial Stadium and our now planning to spend more and make it a full bowl, when we can't even fill half the seats. We need a new basketball arena. However, I think with the right coach we could become an elite program once again in no time. Also, I don't know much about this, but our men's tennis coach was fired just last week for violations and misconduct. I believe secondary NCAA violations were committed and he tried to cover it up. -

Starting 5 after exhibition games?
NoahW35 replied to zacharyiu97's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
honestly Stan hasn't done anything worse than most of the other players here. He has gotten caught a few more times, and maybe that does warrant being removed from the team, but the fact is that he wasn't. Whether we agree with it or not, after he serves the suspension he is back as a full participant and I would expect him to start over Rob fairly quickly -
the person who I replied to said he didn't get Fridays game in his ticket package, so I assumed he was a student also. May have been wrong

have a student ticket and can't go Friday. Free if you want it

my high school coach did this. Gave them a coke to drink while we ran -
Don't think we'd stay in the Big 10, but if that were to happen I'd be very happy with Chris Collins

Personally haven't heard much negative about Emmit. A lot about Troy and Stan. Most people already didn't like Yogi and Hanner. I have talked to Emmit and Tim several times. Cool guys
