The article fails because it says it can't be renovated...even though it's about to be renovated. And despite its quirks, the only obstructed views are of the videoboard under the balcony, and they already installed monitors under there to take care of that. They are also replacing all the seats (including some wider ones with no armrests for better accessibility) and the giant red railings with plexiglass as part of the upcoming upgrade.

Rutgers is God-awful. Maryland should have a pretty good offense, but not much defense. ISU, BG, NT, PSU, Maryland, Rutgers, Michigan, Purdue = wins. 8-4(5-3).

This is the perfect example of what I hate. You didn't answer anything. You just posted your opinion and basically said it is the only opinion that matters, which is incredibly patronizing. I basically agree and like our unis, but we had two national titles before the candy striped pants, so why did we add those? Just win some games. I'll get over it if we change the uniforms. But we will never make a complete change because there are too many stodgy old white guys afraid of change for no really good reason who donate to the AD.

Capacity is 52,929. Attendance avg has been around 44-45,000 the last two years. What usually happens is one game gets hyped early and gets pretty full, then we lose. We need to make a statement early. Support actually isn't that bad considering our history (Plus Glass did a lot. We once got 22,000 for Homecoming in DiNardo's last year).
