HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Oh my God, this is awful. I love a good IU football joke, but my goodness, the delivery on nearly every attempt at humor is this thread was terrible. And then the OP liked his own post.

For a variety of reasons, IUFB has been beaten down and down and down. Its not a quick fix. You need class after class of talent and sustained growth at multiple positions. We're finally doing that. Look at what Duke's coach has done...they gave him a TON of time and its paying off. It was hardly a quick fix. Here is why I'm excited: 2013 Class : 5th in B1G/38th Nationally 2014 Class: 7th in B1G/38th Nationally 2015 Class - ongoing: 7th in B1G/43rd Nationally That is including RU and UM. We're competing. Last year we finished just ahead of KSU, TCU, GT, Duke, Maryland, Minnesota, and Iowa. We finished just behind Mississippi State, Baylor, and Mizzou. We're finally getting more depth. But sure, let's throw it all away. Because we have to keep rotating coaches in and out...its the IU way.

They painted the old parts to match. The NEZ has a different facade, but it's the same color.

Glass already said any seating additions will be negligible. The only mention of seating I've seen is a small rooftop club area on top of the training complex. On a side note, why do IU fans keep saying stuff like this all over the internet? What part of "facilities enhancement" automatically leads to "we're adding 10,000 seats"? Glass isn't stupid.

Get your butts to The Rock this weekend. Gonna be a beautiful day. Get out and party!

Well, to some extent, students showing up late is an issue at a ton of places. Check out Camp Randall sometime. Either way, it was packed most of the game. This seems like kind of a pedantic argument. lol
-
What? It was packed. We were 3-1 at the time and people were dying for a big win. Michigan brought a nice crowd, but it wasn't like an OSU game or anything. And I had to sit in the top row of the student section when I got there...20 minutes before kickoff.

Trying to use the transitive property in sports is a bad idea. -
We had him and Twaan on the same team and still sucked. Sigh... Love seeing AJ Guyton on the list.

Hoosiers win 38- 13. -
Haha yeah, it originally said coming August 15, then changed to coming soon. Boo.

New site from IUFB coming 8-15! http://www.wintodayiu.com/

OK! Then let's hire Stevie based solely on the fact that he played here! If he wasn't Steve Alford, we'd look at his record the same way many of you look at Crean's. And the guy tried to set up a meeting with a rape victim...so hell no.

Haha, no it isn't. Read the boards. Listen to the nonsense at games. We are great at arrogance though! And who cares if we're talking basketball this time of year? All that says is we're too stupid to realize how important football is. Of course there is also this amazing thing called not having a one track mind, and being able to enjoy multiple sports. One doesn't need to have the same "expectations" argument every day ad nauseum.

We have one of the best lines in the conference. When the D drops 8 guys into coverage the entire game, you cram it down their throats and rack up 450 rushing yards. Now, Sud does need to be more decisive, but I think IU fans are being a bit melodramatic about this passing thing. It's good to have more than one way to win.
-
Kevin Johns isn't exactly chopped liver. Notre Dame had interest in him last year.
-
Also, Sud didn't play that well, but they were dropping 8. That's why he ran. And everyone always deifies the backup QB. I liked Tre, but he made some bonehead plays last year, and may not even start at Illinois State this year. IU fans need to realize we're a big boy team now and don't have to have a dual threat guy.
-
I thought they looked great other than the first drive. In position, aggressive, made tackles, pressure on the QB. They only gave up like 150 yards and only gave up a TD after Nate's pick. Looking forward to seeing them tested.
-
the passing game was off, but they also were dropping like 8 guys into coverage every play. I realize it's ISU, but you still aren't going to get much done that way. I think it's silly to call the passing game a weakness. ISU was all out against the pass, so we adjusted and crammed it down their throats.

Because based on your responses, you are very immature. "Screw him", bringing up race defensively when no one brought it up, accusing me of being a woman, i.e. "not man enough" to boo a guy from 30 rows up simply because he didn't win enough games 10 years ago.
