Are we really doing this? They were in the SEC title game the last two years (12-2 and 11-3). And ranked. And we beat them on their home field. How many road games do we typically win in general? And Sud finished that game. He got hurt against Iowa.

Nah, both are cool.

(2016) JUCO QB Richard Lagow to Indiana
RBB89 replied to Hurryin' Hoosiers's topic in Indiana Football Recruiting Forum
Stats: http://www.njcaa.org/sports/fball/2014-15/players/richardlagowb1qf Let me know if this site is acting funky. I don't think his team is very good, but from what I can tell, they play some pretty good JUCO level competition. Ninja Edit: Well, I can already tell the completion % isn't accurate. lol -
(2016) JUCO QB Richard Lagow to Indiana
RBB89 replied to Hurryin' Hoosiers's topic in Indiana Football Recruiting Forum
The dude has a cannon and can move (not great, but solid) a bit. Good ol' #21! http://www.hudl.com/athlete/586266/richard-lagow -
No, it was 21-17 at half and a ton of people left then. People started leaving early 2nd qtr. It's dumb. I get just staying home. Leaving during a good game, I don't. Strangely, the Iowa fans managed to get back to their seats by the start of the second half. It happens in basketball too. I always see people heading out to avoid traffic even if the game is coming down to the wire. It's bizarre.

A. Nate was exactly right. They probably aren't feeling pressure because like 7 people care. They have to push themselves. B. We're going to beat Michigan. I'm going to keep predicting upsets until it happens. I'm bound to be proven right at some point. :)
-
We're going to win and I can't wait to see the excuses for not packing the place against Michigan next week. But, that is a rant for another day. BEAT. IOWA.
-
Well, all logos on helmets are stickers, so that's just kinda the way it is. I think they look sharp.

I'm just gonna say this once, so listen up... BEAT. IOWA. [attachment=2811:ImageUploadedByBtownBanners1446745857.231452.jpg][attachment=2812:ImageUploadedByBtownBanners1446745872.053682.jpg]

IUFB Prediction League - Game Number Nine - IU vs Iowa (11/07/15)
RBB89 replied to Naturalhoosier's topic in Indiana Hoosiers Football
This would really, really surprise me. I'll say Hoosiers win 33-30. -
We're going to win. And when we do, I want goal posts. When's the last time we beat an undefeated, top 10 team at home?
-
It bothers me, but honestly, that's the demand. They cater to that.
-
Of course, I just bumped it. Curses!!! ;)
-
How about we beat Iowa and knock this thread down the board?
-
Thats a little misleading, don't you think? Lynch's last year had a RS senior QB and a junior in Doss. Tre, Shane, and Cody were freshmen Wilson's first year.

If we don't get to a bowl, he's done. But if we were to fire him after taking us to a bowl, just because we "only" went 6-6, I may be done too. Not that anyone cares, really, but that would just be so stupid, even for IU. We aren't in a position to give the finger to any bowl appearance. We've been to 9 in 130 years of football. We've lost hundreds of games in hundreds of ways. It's beyond time to get over the Rutgers game. We can talk about settling for mediocrity, blah blah blah and I would love to get to the point where we get to upper tier bowls most years, but we just aren't there, and have really never been there. If we don't win 2 more, it's moot. But all the comments I'm seeing on boards about "even if we go 6-6 I would can him" are mind boggling to me.

Hazell did a pretty good job at Toledo too.

Isaac Griffith out for the year, other inuries
RBB89 replied to HoosierReb01's topic in Indiana Hoosiers Football
King and Ramsey look good for the future. Ramsey is putting up absurd numbers up in Cincy. Next year, we need a Chad Kelly to pop up or a 5th year transfer. -
I just feel like a lot of our fans will always find an excuse not to go. Just keep moving the goal posts. I don't feel like a 4-2 (whose 2 losses came from teams with a combined 11-1 record) team should have to play in front of 10,000 empties on Homecoming. But, it is what it is. I'll be there. Beat Buttgers.

I'm preaching to the choir here, but the number of tickets available for this game is absolutely pathetic. You can check it out on our ticket section on iuhoosiers.com. We will probably have a decent walk up crowd because it's homecoming, but we are going into a game favored, and shooting for 5-2 and there will probably be 10,000 empty seats. I'm sure the tradition of people "coming home" to sit in the parking lot will continue. After all, we "filled" the stadium for one game. That's good enough, right? Beat Rutgers.
