I don't think he's capable of doing anything on the court. Watching him for the minute or so at the end of the cupcake games was bad enough. Against Hammons this weekend? That would be brutal.

Michigan fans actually hate Beilein's offense. They have the same issues as far as not running much in the half court besides ball screens.

WTF Fred?   - If you guys don't like Crean, you will HATE Josh Pastner. I think a few other people have already mentioned this. Pastner recruits very well and his teams always underachieve.   - I like the Jim Crews + Cheaney idea.   - Roll with Crean for the time being and hope Stevens washes out of the NBA? That could be a long, slow grind for a non-guaranteed payoff.

It's Feb 10th, if it's gonna happen this year then it needs to get started now. Many of you would a agree that we needed to win 2 out of the next 3 games, including our recent Minnesota loss, to get to .500 in the conference and sniff the tourney. So these next two games are obviously critical.   All this team really needs to "turn the corner" is lower turnovers to a respectable rate. Not league-leading, but we are currently league-worst right now I believe and a middle of the road turnover rate would have us with a couple more in the W column already.   It's hard for me to imagine the rate improving though, at least on a consistent basis. We see flashes here and there and then we see Saturday's result with another 25% TO rate.   The bad habits may take an offseason to correct unfortunately.

Yep, another choke on the road. Young team, lots of unforced errors, especially in the second half. Should have gone into halftime with a 10 pt lead. This is the season of "should haves" so far. Lots of squandered opportunities.

Minnesota is a better team and will be at home. I can absolutely see us losing Saturday.

It helps us in conference standings, as others have said.   Other than that, trying to extrapolate our success vs Minny from the game last night is a losing proposition. Minny will be home, we struggle against the 2-3 zone (which it looked like Minny played last night) and anything can happen on any given day in this conference.

  Looked up last year's EYBL stats for mac Irvin Fire.   http://www.nikeeyb.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Mac-Irvin-Fire1.pdf   Cunningham 12 pts/5 rebs per game averaging 24 minutes played. That was almost a year ago so maybe he has been a late bloomer.

  Worth noting that his school won 105-28 per ITH. Puts the performance more into perspective.
