Wisconsin for me too.

This "reload" mode is one reason why IU will find it difficult to be a perennial contender.  All of the transfers are killing the team's depth.  I would much rather have a system like Bo Ryan has as Wisconsin.  Players stay for 4 years, but they really don't see much playing time until they are Jr or Sr.

The only class that was easier than A100, at least while I was on campus, was H263 - Personal Health. Epic class.

Best of luck to Max...it is disappointing to see him go, I thought that he was going to make a great role player.  As with Stan...he donned the Cream and Crimson and represented me and my university...He will always be a Hoosier in my book and will always cheer for the kid. 

This explains a lot.

I scoured the Yahoo Fantasy Baseball site and could not find it, in either of the above dates and times. Did you renew the league (read somehting about that)?

The offseason...I am glad that it is here. After the past two months...i love my IU Hoosiers, but we need a break.

Playing good D is all about heart. Most of the kids playing college ball could score the ball well in HS, which is why they are there. But to play good D, you have to want it...you have to want your opponent not to score more than your opponent wants to score. You also need to study your opponent...know their strenghts, weaknesses, and tendencies and you have to force them to do what they don't want to do and make them uncomfortable. Playing good D will not get you the spot light in the newspaper the next day or on SportsCenter, but winning championships will...and Defense wins championships.

I am not advocating for the shot clock to go back to 45 seconds...it was merely my suggestion that the game was better then...beside, even if I was, it is never going to go back there anyway.   I would agree that AAU basketball is a problem. 

Should work for me.

OK...just read the article in question...the writer does make some valid points, but using the opinions of Davis and Bilas is biased, as they are a part of the entertainment-industrial complex and is as useful as asking a fish if it likes water...and citing the president is comical...but I won't go there. I am not sure why everyone wants it to be like the NBA...I won't go there either, as I have before in other threads, but like a lot of other things in life, there is a natural progression and if you can pass one you can advance to the next level, which is more difficult and not the same as the one before. But, I guess that I am probably in the minority, as I love to watch teams like Virginia, Wisconsin and Wichita St. as they have upperclassman that play most of the game, they are cohesive units and play great team offense and defense. Like I said before, I could go on...

I think that lowering the shot clock is a bad idea. IMO, most of the current college players are not really that good of shooters, mainly due to the lure of the NBA. The college game is left with kids that are being pushed into positions that they should not be. Next, I am not sure why people are all concerned about pace and keeping the games under two hours and other stuff like that. I know that everyone gets all starred-eyed when you watch a "high powered" offensive team, but most of the current kids are not that good of decision makers and forceing them to have to make quicker decisions is going to lead to more turnovers, more poor shot selection and lower scores. The time out situation and ref situation do need to be worked out. You want the game sped up a little, allow for a little more contact, like a few years back. For the life of me, I can't figure out why there needs to be a TV time out every four minutes, it completely interrupts the flow of the game...and don't get me started as to why when a coach calls a TO seconds prior to a TV TO and then at the next dead ball there is a TV TO. If they are going to have TV TOs every 4 minutes of play, give the coaches fewer TOs. Otherwise, have no dedicated TV TOs and when coaches call TOs, that is when commericals are shown. I am more in favor of taking the clock back to 45 seconds, as I am a fan of college basketball and love to watch teams that run an offense (not the stand around and drive to the bucket and either throw up a circus shot or dish for a three "offense") and teams that play good defense. I could go on...

...Brand new day...now I can enjoy watching the remainder of the tournament.

The EPL is on TV on Saturdays and Sundays...early, so it doesn't screw up the rest of your day.

It is so sad...if a team could develop a mid-range game, they would dominate.

He was the only reason to watch New Mexico St last year.  Thought that his brother would be more of a factor.

I lost all 5 of those 1 point games yesterday...today has got to go better for me.

I believe that this is just all part of a bigger conspiricy by FIFA (and probably UEFA) to try to keep soccer down in the US.    The US dominiates in almost all other sports, except soccer, so can you imagine if it really caught on here and the US was able to compete on the world stage.  

...and there it is...Money talks...it is being reported that FIFA will pay clubs almost 3 times as much cash for releasing players to play in the 2018 and 2022 WC as they did for the 2014 WC.
