Tried Three Floyd's Alphanaught the other night. I had never seen it before but I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

  I don't mean to say that I like the decision or that I'm not mad that we're even in a place where decisions like this need to be made. I'm just saying that I understand the decision they made.

  Compared to how past issues were dealt with, this is sudden. And I'm as done with Crean as anyone, he should've been fired a year ago in my opinion. But losing scholarship money for violating it's terms is not that crazy to me.

  It may seem a bit harsh but I'm pretty sure one of the terms of my scholarship from IU (which wasn't even close to a full ride) was that it could be revoked if there was ever any trouble with the law. And I was a "normal" student, not even someone in the national spotlight.

  I agree that we'll probably hang between 15-20 (though I'm feeling more like 13-20, but that's just details). But don't forget that we have Max to jump in every so often to give Bryant a rest/if he's in foul trouble.

  It depends on your definition of "zero" and how high your alcohol tolerance is. 

We've had some players show up at band parties in the past. And if a basketball player is showing up at a band party, it isn't some tiny get together, it's one of our BIG band parties. Somehow they managed not to get caught at a "people spilling out onto the street causing neighbors to call in noise complaint" party, I don't know how these kids are managing to get themselves caught now... Are they throwing their empty bottles at police cars or something?!

Can you imagine how many ink cartridges they must go through printing all of those letters?

  Oooo thanks! Is there any way to get first person viewing from the camera? Like to see it from the drone's view?

  Which GoPro do you have? I have the Hero3+ silver and get amazing pictures off of it. He also added a bunch of saturation and stuff to those pictures, the colors are much more intense than they would be right after being taken.

  I'm going to have to start keeping an eye out for sales like that...

I have an AR drone 2.0 but haven't used it much. It uses and iPad/tablet as a controller so it's tough to get used to. I'd love to get a better one but they're all so pricey...

I've been to their restaurant in Kona. They've got some good pizza! Unfortunately I was a but wee lad when I was there so I couldn't sample the beers...

So the brisket turned out great! Plus there's plenty left over!

Not really grilling, but I'm slow cooking a brisket right now that's making my house smell AMAZING. I'll pull it and add some BBQ sauce and pickled onions, coleslaw on the side.

  Yes! I'm looking forward to seeing a decent season. A bowl game will be the first step on the long to road to becoming a successful program. It'll take awhile, but it's gonna happen!

I don't think anyone wants our success to stop at 6wins and a bowl. But to expect to come out with a National Championship in the next few years is completely farfetched. Getting to a bowl is proof that we're headed in the right direction and we can build on bag success to get us further. I personally would much rather be excited about the possibility our first bowl in 10+ years than be passed that Wilson can't make us a consistent Rose Bowl winning caliber team over night. That level of success would be amazing but it take time for the losingest team in the Big Ten to get there.
