So I assume the stats on the free KenPom site have included the tournament?

What about the offenses?
-
I just want to mention that when Tom took Marquette to the Final Four in 2003 they were a #3 seed which is what I believe we are currently projected at in the majority of brackets. Marquette's Adjusted Offense ranking was #2 and their Adjusted Defense was #119. Currently IU's Adjusted Offense is #4 and our Adjusted Defense is #67. Here was Marquettes route to FF Rd1 - #14 Holy Cross Rd 2 - #6 Missouri S16 - #2 Pittsburgh E8 - #1 Kentucky FF - #2 Kanas (loss) Edit: Fun note IU was a #7 seed in 2003 and lost to #2 Pitt which prevented a IU/Marquette matchup in the Sweet 16.

(2018) SG Romeo Langford - INDIANA HOOSIERS
Uwe Robb replied to ccgeneral's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Will love to see a New Albany/Reitz matchup being an Evansville native. Dru Smith is a lock down defender. Held Romeo to 13 pts last year in Regionals Romeo got some revenge this year in their regular season matchup scoring 28 pts and winning the game 72-63, but Dru was in some early foul trouble. Should be a great tourney game. #1 vs. #11 in the state. -
Any good quotes?

The Max Bielfeldt Appreciation Thread
Uwe Robb replied to JaybobHoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Thought it was a little disrespectful of the students when Crean called his final timeout to get Max off the floor and was probably expecting a huge ovation for him and then MSB got the bigger cheer for going into the game. Thanks Max!!! -
Aces!!!!!!!
-
Probably B1G champs plus SEC West champs like our football team was a year ago.
-
Only thing that would make that MSB for 3 pic better is if Leo or Jack were in the background.
-
I know it's not about exposure or playing time, but I think he would personally benefit from a coach that would be on him hard about fundamentals. On the other hand I really want him back here next year.

Since this thread is slowing down and I have nothing bad to say about Tom Crean I thought I would spice it up and ask everyone a question. IF and that's a huge IF Tom ever steps down from IU to take another job. What is his dream job? Is it IU? Is it replacing Izzo at Mich St? Is it teaming up with his Bro-in-law at Michigan? I would find it very hard to see him leave IU for another B1G position, but the two I mentioned would make as much sense as any place else. I do realize that Izzo nor Belien are going anywhere in the immediate future. It has also been said that Fife is possibly the coach in waiting at MSU. Another question would be if Crean continues on and wins another 2-3 B1G regular sesason tiles in the next 4-5 years and the MSU job is open. Tom applies and Dane applies. Who gets Izzo's vote of confidence? All just some super hypothetical questions meant to stir conversation. It got me thinking because I have heard of several places linked to Tom in past as being a good fit. BC or Seton Hall - Because he's Catholic Cincinnati - Because his son signed to play baseball there Alabama - Because the football team would be the headliner No name calling please.

Analysis: How many people REALLY expected IU to go into Iowa and come home with the outright B1G title?
Uwe Robb replied to IndyHutch's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I will answer original question with........Not me. -
I have heard rumor that Troy could graduate early. Is it a possibilty that he transfers and plays immediately somwhere? I just remember I think Yogi had this option last year if I am remember correctly.

Crean on ESPN radio next! 1380 am
Uwe Robb replied to WayneFleekHoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
He mentioned that he thought that our offense could have been way better in Duke game. Said nothing about our defense. haha. -
I don't think they play in Chicago until the Regionals. The First two rounds are STL, Spokane, OKC, Brooklyn, Des Moines, Denver, Providence, Raleigh. Regionals we could see Chicago or Louisville.
-
I heard Fred Glass is going to check the post count on this and the Fire TC thread and make his decision in April. You guys better get your count up fast!!
-
Also if I am reading that bracket correctly.....We need to get to a #2 seed in MW or South to play in STL. Which would geographically be the closest site.
-
All those Midwest teams actually playing in the Midwest makes too much sense for the NCAA to make it actually happen.
-
You are right, it seems like I even remember Jay Williams playing in them. I am just not a fan. I am also not a fan of the crazy color sneakers and several people destroyed me on here for that. Just one man's opinion.

It was the top 100 prospect list on DraftExpress. That post you quoted was from 2/12 so I guess he has jumped quite a bit, but it has him at #40 now.

Looks good to me. As long as they don't try to get fancy and ruin it like Louisville has done with what I call their cummerbund unis. Also please just keep it to Crimson and Cream. Last time I checked Duke's school colors did not include Black. Don't care for Adidas or Nike trying to magically add in an extra color.

This Nova/Xavier game has me fired up for some Gus Johnson tourney games!!!!!
