Yes I get it. What you say is 100 percent right. Success doesn't matter though with what we're talking about. The right guys can get the job done! Iu football wasn't exactly a juggernaut and won a national championship with some coaches who had a clue. Good for the national champs. However devries better find a way to get the right kids and win. Zero excuses. Its early and still optimistic but also want to see some over the top give a damn from them and go all out to do whatever it takes! Is that asking to much?

Ok so I am super busy anymore and hard to follow iu basketball as close as I did. Plus depressing. So basically michigan added a huge impact player. Retained another. Iu has done nothing yet correct? I am seeing news on my Facebook feeds and haven't seen much positive movement for iu even though we need it bad

Hopefully we start hearing some good news soon. We need to be good next year!

I said devries needed to win big early. This off season will be critical but will be hard to get NIL donations in a big way if nobody has confidence in the product imo. Fan moral is at a all time low. Today won't help with any of that. Guess we will see what happens in big tournament.

I said devries needed to be able to win immediately! He hasn't done that. I do not like alot about the style of play. My Fandom is at its lowest level ever. First time ever I dont really have a favorite player and dont even try to watch most games. Hopefully he has a huge off season

I was totally supportive of Archie for his first two seasons and most of his third. I thought he would find his way and be successful. I was supportive of woodson at first. This is a totally different world of basketball imo and the way we look is concerning. Same way cig would look at football if he didn't walk in day 1 and start beating everyone's @$$ immediately with a overlooked team in a sport that is insanely more difficult to win at the highest level imo

It does not make us look stupid. You can literally buy your team. We are getting beat by new coaches that we could have hired. We look like total trash on the court. Time will tell but right now nothing to support him currently

There is no time in this today's world college basketball to look as poor as we have. I hope he only gets two years here. I hope he gets the financial support to try next season to have a competitive team so he can show if he can coach or not

I feel like its way to early to come to a fire scenario until next season but so far the concerns are to far to list. I will touch on a couple of my personal ones. The team he assembled is just flawed. He said after the michigan beat down he was proud of the way the guys played. That may be true but at iu basketball that just isn't going to cut it imo. The team is also showing signs of defeat that is also not good. However watching cig post championship comments i have concerns on the commitment he is getting from the administration. I mean cig said focus is on football now and basketball to lol. I will say I doubt iu can stay that high level of football imo. I hope but it's tough. Why cant basketball be a top focus as well? I mean it shouldn't be to hard

What a great freaking season and what a team!

The only positive is if this season plays out the way it looks like it will there won't be any false narrative that this staff should believe they are on the right track. Let's say we had a season where we barely made the tournament and get blasted like a woody then they could think ok some stuff worked but we need to get a bit better. In the pre NIL that could help get some recruits and maybe build something lol. In the case we are staring at everyone will go into this off season knowing they have to make major changes and go all out on saving their jobs lol. Thats it for me

I can imagine it. Imagine less threes and more turnovers. In some instances though he may have had more success when our threes dont fall

Football is devries biggest friend right now. He is screwed if the fans ever care about watching decent basketball ever again.

It may change their view but only because money is the only way to get players that can help you win. Wont get much money after a season like this. Devries is in the worst spot of any of our terrible hires has been in this early in their tenure imo.

I think devries will now have a hard time getting money to build a roster that can win next year imo. People won't pay for something they dont have faith in. Imo this is a totally different world than ever before. If this season goes off the rails and you cant get money he should be toast
