Yep.  Gotta (s)(n)(a)(t)(c)(h) some games like this.   We are IU.   lol that (s)(n)(a)(t)(c)(h) is a censored word!

  Kwang used to be the manager of the Broad Ripple Steak House and the Outback Tavern, which was sort of a punk headquarters in Broad Ripple back in the day.  Lots of really great memories in my post college years there.  Kwang used to get bands like the Queers, Zero Boys, Helmet, and some really great local bands like Soul Paint, Acid Green, Helen Shields, the Thieves, etc. to play there.  Guys like Bill Levin, who basically created GWAR among other things, used to show his face there.  Courtney Love and Drew Barrymore came in once.  It was a fun time, and Kwang created a place a lot of people with punk sensibilities could call home.  The Outback years were some of the best years of my life, and Kwang put that whole thing together, then I think his parents got behind him and helped put up some money for him to start the Oaken Barrel.  Kwang always seemed to really have a knack for the pub business.  Great guy.

I wish we could find Government Cheese, and get his take on this.  Government Cheese was Screech's #1 fan.  No lie.  Ever since Screech laid that guy out on that MMA video that circulated a while back.   Mods, plz keep this one on the basketball forum for a day or so until it can be moved to the OT later!  What's the harm?

  Yeh I know.   Posted that because they have some guys who can hit with prewtty decent consistency, and the 3 PT D tends to be a weakness for us on D year after year.

D'Vauntes Smith Rivera + a coupla bigs + Peak   We know what we got here.   Georgetown has some 3 PT shooters too.  4 guys who launch at better than 45%, and 3 guys who launch +50%.   At the same time, GTown wants to shut down our 3's (according to an article that is)   Georgetown always has that harrying defense.   Of course we have a chance to give them more than they can handle too.   All of Georgetown's losses have been to very good teams, and they have beaten some very good teams too, and the losses were all by the slimmest of margins.

  He is about due to be popping his head up and looking around the IU message boards.  It is almost January.

  Screech is underrated.  I bet the girl is totally hot just like the girl dating the guy who played Urkle is totally hot!  Seriously.  I no lie.  The world has turned topsy turvy on us!   I mean WHOA! SCREECH JUST STABBED A DUDE!

  OK I thought I remembered that.     Was your actual screen name at that time MrsPoorMan'sCody?   And did the Luke Fischer transfer then cause you to start calling yourself exclusively girl's names across the spectrum of IU sports sites?   I just want to get the chronology correct.   Thanks for playing along, MrsTijanJobe!

Troy and Yogi, with honorable mention to Hanner and Blackmon.   Troy and Yogi both carried the team on their backs at times, and Hanner was a man out there.  He looked like he knew what he was doing, and we could not have won this game without that kind of game from Hanner.   We could not have won that game without the games we got from all 4 of those key pieces.  Blackmon got shut down on offense, but he reeled in 8 crucial rebounds in a game dependent on that stat line, and our other weapons stepped up big time and treated Butler with the respect that program deserves for once, and we beat them decisively this time.   I have been waiting a long time for a game like this from Troy.  His game was not close to perfect yet, but he must be really happy to have played such a key part in a big win.  We cannot win the way IU is expected to win without big, big games like this from the guns we go to battle with.
