Some things there just really rub me the wrong way, like right in the middle of that grueling stretch of the schedule when IU was playing a game every few days the site went two full days without a story from any of their writers. I mentioned that in a comment there, and got banned immediately, right after the comment section yes boys there shouted me down for pointing it out. That is too frail.

He is not even a fan. He has been bragging big about that in all the regional business rags lately for some reason. I would not be surprised to see that site sold in the near future. Or some kinda big change soon. He is up to something. Not sure what tho yet.

He is a good coach, and he has success too. He just seems to coach so many of the things I hate into the game. He spaces the floor really well. That's good (side note: that's what kills the packline d dead. hopefully Archie is game planning for that. duh.) But so much of almost all of that is just so iso-centric I can't watch that sh@t. Nearly every play on offense comes off spacing and iso. Crean owned that sh@t. I hope Archie can too. Adapt that pack-line d to accommodate Michigan's Beilein 4-in/1-out.

Dont feel bad for them. This is a good thing for Georgia basketball. Georgia has made one Elite 8 in their basketball history. Crean has been able to recruit on a national level and get guys to the NBA. If he can continue to do that at Georgia, then everybody wins.

Personal information is still being abused. I read a reply to a comment I posted in the comment section of an article posted on InsideTheHall that demonstrated the poster replying had personal information about me I never shared on a message board, but it was info I entered when signing up for membership to another site. I immediately thought of your situation. I should have known better, but I joined some of those sites 12+ years ago, and the IU fan site communities at the same time seemed innocent enough or at least benign enough that it did not occur to me 12ish years ago that someone(s) might ever hold such a grudge against me for some possibly questionable remark I may have made on an IU fan site that they might actually feel safe enough to commit a crime against me using information I entrusted to them. That's sick. And if I wanted to pursue it, I could cause some serious trouble for those involved. Be very careful about the seemingly anonymous info you share with the kooks both running and posting mostly drunk on IU fan boards. You may become very surprised at how personally some people can take message board minutiae, and then also become even more surprised at how far the same people can flesh out their grudges into the real world. Again, it is sick.

In your considerable debate, I thought you were just honing your craft. I generally fell on your side of nearly all of the discussions, and assumed most everyone else did too in the end. Fair or not, that 'erase the first 3 years' argument triggers mild ptsd symtoms every time I hear about the '3 year plan' here lol.

My recollection was that everybody was in agreement about Crean's flaws. Maybe I was projecting lol. I do recall you and a few others, battlinbob, were some of the first IU fans to point out criticisms. Maybe you took some heat for that I did not pay much attention to. I just thought you were honing your debating craft lol.

I don't remember people ignoring and shooting down any and all valid criticisms of Crean for years.
