It took Kevin Wilson 5 years to go 6-6 at Indiana and he didn’t exactly leave a full cupboard of talent for Allen imo a lot of the bright spots of this season were Tom Allen guys. I work with a girl that used to be on the girls basketball team and is friends with Curtis Jones and DeRon Davis. Apparently DeRon really wanted to go pro after this season, so this injury was very disappointing for him. His favorite player is Shaq so he wants to play like him. I find that a good thing for us. As for Curtis the breaking point was the Duke game when he barely played. He wanted to find a offensive style more suited for his skill set, which he did in Oklahoma State. Did anyone else notice in the interview with Neil Reed ,before and after watching the video, he said several times “I remember people pushing us off each other.” While there was clearly no one pushing them off each other. Reed looked very sad and confused while watching the video. Makes me wonder if that’s not even the choking incident Reed was referring to. But I guess we will never know.
