If this is our list then I am more than happy to stand pat with Crean.  

I'm not as big of a Pacer fan as I am an IU fan, but I'm still a pretty big fan. I'm sure those of you who are Pacer fans as well are as excited as I am about the upcoming season. I thought I'd go ahead and get a thread going for this year's team. Larry Bird said he believes this team is built for the playoffs. I am sure this is true, but I still hope we can position ourselves well for as high a seed as possible in the playoffs. The last thing I want is to finish 2nd to the Bulls and end up as the 3 seed and possibly have to play two rounds in the playoffs without homecourt. They pulled it off last year, but the Knicks were a fraud of a two seed in my mind.

  I know this sounds crazy but I like that it's a little closer early on in the 2nd.  I think we get a little lazy mentally with a lead.  

I'm sure this has already been mentioned, but since I just got here, I'm loving the shorter bench tonight.

I am sick to death of these slow starts for the Pacers.  I know Lance is out tonight, but still, it's a problem almost every single game.  It actually drives me crazier this year than anything so far with IU.    Also, I love Roy, but sometimes he looks down right average.  

  Even at that, I wish when the Pacers were up by 22 with just over 6:00 to play that Vogle would have gone ahead and put Copeland, Sloan, and Butler in.  Steal some minutes where you can.    Also, I don't know how bad Ian hurt his shoulder, but when he grabbed it my first thought was, thank God we signed Bynum.

10-8 gets us in for sure.  I'm not as sold on 9-9 with our non-con schedule.  It could though based on who we would have beaten to get to 9-9 and what we don in the B1G tournament.

I like it.  Anything he brings is a plus.  If he brings nothing, we're not on the hook for him next year when we need to resign Lance.  In Bird I trust.
