I should have worded that better.  What I meant was, are these guys still legitimate possibilities at this point even if it is only one of them?  I meant combo as in us getting both of them, not necessarily that they planned to come together, just that we ended up with both.

I asked this question in the July thread, but I will ask it again here since it's probably more appropriate here.  Is the Morgan & Milton combo still a possibility?

  Yup.  You can call me cynical if you want, but I seriously doubt Lebron would have "gone home" if Cleveland wasn't in a place to be able to make moves to win now.  If they weren't in that position, there is no way he would have ended up there.  The whole "going home" thing was a nice p.r. move to try to keep him looking like a front runner always looking to jump to a winning-ready team with other top guys.  

As a man married to an SEC school alum, I thank God she's not a UK alum every day.  Of course I probably wouldn't have ever gone out with her if she was.  

Growth for sure.  I am particularly interested in HMP and Devin.  I am anxious to see what they show.  It will be interesting to see who handles the ball when Yogi is out.  Troy and Stan are two guys I'm looking forward to seeing as they approach year two.     When we get into that 4th and 5th game in 6 days I'm sure we'll see some fatigue issues and sloppier play than early in the trip.  Due to the compressed nature of the schedule and the fact they are exhibitions, I am sure that CTC will play a ton of guys to avoid wearing them out.  Therefore, I'm not going to freak out over number of subs or get too caught up in our rotation while up there.  This is a great time for the staff to experiment with combinations under game conditions and I expect them to do so.     Also, I'm not giving up on some sort of streaming video.  I know nothing has been confirmed, but until it is confirmed that there is none I'm keeping hope alive. 

I like the early start times for our games.  That way I can watch IU then catch the big games starting at 3:30.  Plus, I can watch LSU games with my wife that way (she's an alum).  Of course the ideal situation would be for IU to get to the point where we are in the big 3:30 or 8:00 games. 

There's only 60 or 62 picks in the draft, so all three would miss the cut if that list holds true.  I'll say this, if HMP plays well enough to have people talk about him getting drafted, even in the second round, that would be a heck of an improvement from last year that I would take right now.

I just got back from visiting my wife's family in Baton Rouge.  While there her cousin, who is a big LSU football fan, started talking to me about Danny Cameron.  He heard he was visiting IU.  When I told him he committed, he told me he was disappointed that he didn't end up at LSU.  I'm not sure what the interest level was on their end if any.  It sounded like Les is more interested in the dual threat type than a more true passer.  He follows football recruiting pretty closely as well as HS football in that area.  If he wanted him there, I take that as a good sign.  

This kid has to be able to chuck the ball to play for Leach.  

The Raptors doing all of that overpaying isn't going to help the Pacers with Lance.

Sometimes I don't think they care unless someone self reports.

1. Back in NCAA 2. Top half B1G 3. Reduction in turnovers per game 4. Go at least 3-2 against "name" opponents in non conference 5. Be a better team in December than in November. Be better in January than in December. Etc. etc.

Walk on or schollie? I can't say I'm too crazy about tying one up for two years, but if so at least it could help with the balance issue.

It doesn't. Maybe this will force his hand so to speak. I have no problem going deeper than 8 if the horses are there, but I'm not sure they are this year.

Maybe we'll sub less. That wouldn't break my heart. I've seen some really good teams only play seven guys. I'd take us being one of those types of teams.
