* We went down from 16 turnovers yesterday to 12 today against a better team.  I'm pretty sure 4 of those were in the first couple of minutes of the game.     *We've definitely got to defend the three better.     * Not Yogi's best day ever.  I'd like to know what went on there.     * Troy led us in points, blocks, steals, and was one rebound away from tying for the lead in that category as well.  

I love the tweet praising RoJo that called him our quiet assassin.  

Most of those were early too according to the various twitter accounts.     It looks like we are shooting at a decent clip too.  

I tried to look back but I'm a little distracted by my one year old right now, he would be for this season, right?

I thought Stan would be a starter this year, but maybe RoJo starts and Stan makes a run at B1G 6th man of the year.  

I just came here to quote that tweet.  If accurate, Nicky Z could be a nice addition this season.  There was another tweet about him filling it up on this trip. If he can open up the middle for us with his range and be a trailer on the break, we might have something here.  The real test is to come in the real season, but it's good to hear he is doing this against one of the better teams we'll play up there.  

Hothoosiermom5,   How are they getting those open 3's?  In transition?  Are we losing them on defense?

After trailing by 12, the Hoosiers end the first quarter down by 6.  It sounds like StanRob has been a big lift off of the bench.

Good to see Hartman going through warmups.  I know he is not ready, but for his sake I'm glad he is able to. 

The game is at 3:00.  Originally, I think all of the games except the last one were listed as starting at 7:00.

I have a story somewhat similar to yours, but it's not basketball related.  I went on a missions trip a number of years ago.  One of the guys scheduled to go with us was from El Salvador.  He and the group did everything necessary for him to go months in advance of the trip.  We did not find out until two days prior to the trip that he was going to be allowed to go. That was after he was told he would not be allowed to go.  It was so frustrating because everyone on our end had done what needed to be done, but we had to wait on decisions to be made that we had no control over.  

I saw the video, and I have no idea what to think.  Obviously the kid shouldn't have been where he was.  I couldn't tell if Smoke gunned it or what evasive measures he took.     One of the reasons this is such a big deal (outside of the fact that a life was lost) is the driver involved.  Stewart has a reputation for being a hot head.  I have always been a Stewart fan, but his actions over the years are going to open him up to a lot more questions here than some other drivers would have to face.

12 point lead at the half.    sounds like Troy is taking care of business.  Glad to hear DD is rebounding well even if it's against a smaller team.  Gotta start somewhere.  Hopefully it's not just due to his size.  Hopefully he is using good technique in getting position.  

I don't know if he's like Roth, but I have a feeling he might end up being better than Etherington.  Time will tell, we'll see.
