I graduated from CHS.

Hinton took the 1971 team to the final four vs East Chicago Washington. Close game. I think like four points. That was when the nickname “Super hicks” came into being. I was in the 7th grade there at the time and remember some of the upper class men went to NAHS during sectional and released a bunch of white mice loose in the school with SONA in red on their backs. Lol. $hit on New Albany. Funny stories. They got in trouble!

I grew up living on Skyline Dr by the lakes in Floyd Knobs.

I’m going to ask again, how did he cheat? Don’t just say the man’s a cheat without saying what he did!

Pre Floyd Central, the high school was Georgetown. Got closed down when FCHS opened.

Imagine a kid from Floyd Central being a shooter. That’s what they are known for. I went there for three years many moons ago. Ole Joe Hinton coached up some good teams in the day.

Looks to me like he could join a rotation with MR and Ballo. And three years of eligibility left to boot!

Are you guys sure that it just means no new entrants starting May 1? The ones in the portal can still take their time, visits, etc.
