Won 5-2, but still drop to 2-7 in B1G play.

Solo homer in the top of 6th to tie the game at 2. Then another solo shot in the top of the 7th to go ahead, 3-2.

He was called upon to do much more this year due to everyone else looking lost half the time. Next year he can settle into more of a facilitator who knocks down 3s when needed. I truly think he can average 20 ppg and over 6 apg. There was no one to assist this year, that's why his assist numbers weren't high.

I think the biggest problem with 24 is that they are young kids and they will end up taking bad shots too often. The women have a 30 second shot clock, so let's just make it universally 30 in college.

I took pitching lessons from a former major leaguer when I was about 10 or so and he would not even let me think about throwing a curve. A slider was okay sometimes because you still throw it with the same arm velocity of a fastball, but even the slider was off limits most times. I was taught early on that I needed to develop my fastball(s) and my off-speed pitch should be a change up. So, in order to develop a more rounded repertoire, I went with both fastballs (2-seam and 4-seam) along with a regular change up and a circle change, with the occasional slider. I know that it was important to all of my coaches early on that I do not throw a curve, for this reason alone. I honestly don't know what else can be done to prevent it though. It's seems to be so random.

I think it just needs to go to 30. Compromise.

Phillies actually pulled one out because Papelbon wasn't needed.
