Based on the thread title, I was expecting to come in here and go off on someone. But that doesn't seem necessary now :)

12th, but the game ended so late it felt like today.

Not the best birthday present, but so much better than last year (Penn State). The Pick'Ems have been updated. What an effort. A decent game from JBJ and we blow them out. Love the fight from this team. I can live with this loss. Troy was wide, sure, but no doubt in my mind I'd want the ball in Yogi's hands for a game winning shot.

  Oh yeah, the point I was trying to make is that the impact won't be huge. Could help a little bit, but certainly won't hurt. Don't know that CTC and his staff would have had any contact with his high school coach regarding Fuchs though, since we didn't go after him out of high school.

  Not sure it necessarily helps. Rawle was a freshman when Fuchs was a senior, so it's not like there's much of a connection. Can't hurt though.

From a size standpoint, he's basically Devin Davis, who was a huge loss for us inside this year.   Davis is listed at 6'7 230

  True. Latham didn't have this good of an offer list either, and I believe he's more important to our football team than Fuchs at the current moment. So I'm all for Fuchs over Latham.

  It's just basketball. How do I know? Xavier does not have a football team and recruiting sites don't usually list 1-AA schools.

  He's only been practicing for about a week. Tough to adjust to the college game with a week's worth of practice.

  Got some nice touch on that 15' jumper. And obviously, being a football player, not afraid of some contact.     Not a huge stretch if you think about it. But at the same time, we could use a guy who isn't afraid to throw his body around down low.
