    IUWBB vs Central Arkansas

Go Hoosiers! Let's do some work Ladies.   DID YOU KNOW? • Indiana's 3-0 record to begin the season is the program's first perfect start through three games since the beginning of the 2009-10 season. • IU won its second road game of the year at Indiana State on Nov. 15, matching the program's total road win total from a year ago. • Hoosier opponents are shooting just 18.3 percent from beyond the arc through the first three games. • First year players in the Indiana program have accounted for 165 of the 227 total points scored by the Hoosiers in the first three games or 72.7 percent of the team's total scoring output. • Indiana scored 85 points in each of its first two games to start the year, marking the first time an IU team has tallied 80 or more points in back-to-back games since 2006-07. • The Hoosiers totaled 170 points through those first two games, the highest point total in consecutive games since Nov. 2006. • Four Hoosiers scored in double figures at IPFW on Nov. 12 (Brooks 25, Chaplin 21, Agler 13, Gerardot 10), a feat that was accomplished just once during the 2012-13 season. • Larryn Brooks was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week on Nov. 12. • Through three games, Brooks is averaging 20.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game while shooting 48.4 percent from the field, and 82.4 percent from the free throw line. • Tabitha Gerardot has scored in double-figures in each of her first three games as a Hoosier, she is averaging 11.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.   IU MATCHES ROAD WIN TOTAL FROM LAST YEAR With Indiana's road wins at IPFW on Nov. 12 and at Indiana State on Nov. 15, the Hoosiers matched their total road win total from a year ago (2) just three games into this season.   HOT START FOR HOOSIER OFFENSE Indiana opened up the 2013-14 season scoring 85 points in each of its first two games. It marked the first time an IU team had scored over 80 points in consecutive games since the 2006-07 season when IU tallied 81 points against Illinois (2/18/07) and then 83 points vs. Northwestern (2/22/07). The Hoosiers totaled 170 points in those first two contests, the program's best back-to-back game point total since Nov. 2006 when IU scored 183 points combined in two consecutive games (85 vs. Valparaiso 11/15/06, 98 vs. Dayton 11/19/06). Indiana's 85 points in the season opening win over Oakland were the most points scored by a Hoosier team since Feb. 19, 2009, when IU tallied 85 points at Northwestern. It was the most points for an IU team in a season opening game since the start of the 2002-03 season when IU downed Wofford, 90-34. The 30-point win was the largest margin of victory since Dec. 9, 2009, when Indiana topped UT Martin, 80-46. At IPFW on Nov. 12, the Hoosiers scored 43 points in the first half and 42 points in the second half, marking the first time an Indiana team had scored over 40 points or more in both halves of a game since Nov. 14, 2008 vs. Ball State (44-1st, 40-2nd). Against Oakland, IU scored 48 first half points, the most points Indiana has scored in a half in theCurt Miller era. It was the most points scored by a Hoosier team in a half since IU scored 55 second-half points vs. Virginia on Nov. 26, 2009.   Link
