Two different philosophy's there. I'm more under the focus on your strengths and try to manage your weaknesses. It's much more beneficial to put all that time and effort to improving your strengths than trying to correct a weakness. This thread needed this response about 5 hours ago :). Very well said. I don't think Crean is the greatest Game coach, but he's more than capable of winning a championship.
