With the transfer portal, you never know what the roster is going to look like after this year (and definitely not beyond that). Cigs also doesn't strike me as someone afraid to tell a player it isn't working out if he needs to make room. Too much depth might scare off McHaney but only if he thinks he is at the bottom.

Most fans wouldn't show up if their jersey didn't say Indiana or insert college name. Look at attendance for minor league teams like mad ants and that is what you would get for college teams if they were detached from the school
