Her dad played basketball at Owen  Valley HS in Spencer.  After winning a sectional, he went to Vincennes and then to Ball State.

Yea, I graduated from Edgewood in 86', so he was playing while I was next door, and my memory of those River Rats (hehe) are just coming back to me. I also have a couple acquaintances that are "Parrish's" and went to OV, so I was trying to dig up all the old memories.

And I love that he went to VU! I'm also a VU grad.

Expecting big things from Parrish and will be a starter.
Love Chloe M-M her play, posts on media and her representative of IU Ladies basketball program.  This leads to what could be one of the country’s top 6th lady.  Chloe will be a top utility player because of versatility to play multiple positions and has ability to come in for 4 of 5 starters thus giving her many playing minutes.  If she buys into this role it could give her much confidence.  Last year Chloe played very well in some big games in different situations.  I also seen get a little passive at times as well though she plays smooth and play should ramp up with experience and a year older.  Conclusion:  Chloe will be an excellent utility player in 4 of 5 positions on the floor and depending on game situations etc could be a starter when/if called into that role.

bit more on Indy Star

Injured Indiana starting guard Sydney Parrish out indefinitely (indystar.com)

"Moren offered a brief update on Parrish's status on Friday morning.

"She's out indefinitely, and her status is just going to be updated game-to-game," Moren said. "She's in great hands. We'll try to get back as quickly, but as safely as we can. That's where it's at.""
