Pretty sure he's a graduate assistant.
But in all seriousness people say the same about Yogi.

It's amazing what this says about how we perceive top players who don't leave in their first two years. What a change to college basketball.

Though, I'm still pretty sure Aaron Craft played for at least 8 years.

Him and Trevor Mbakwe played for days. Pretty sure Mbakwe had a 6th year.

yes, he played. Not sure what his actual punishment was/is. He played poorly, but his talent is still apparent.

Mostly impressed with Forbes, Valentine, Schilling, and Deyonta Davis. McQuaid is a good freshman too. Tum Tum and Eron struggled.

While I was at "Michigan State Madness" Valentine, Schilling, and Davis impressed. But Forbes seemed to be shooting only 3's or Jimmer Range 3's and did not make many if any.

Above average is a stretch. They will be bottom tier of the BIG.

not so sure of that.

I predict

1. Maryland
2. MSU
3. IU
4. Purdue
5. Wisconsin
6. Michigan
7. OSU
8. Iowa
9. Illinois
10. NW
11. Nebraska
12. Minnesota
13. PSU
14. Rutgers

Middle of pack I guess. 6-10 range is where I see them. Borderline NCAA team.

Okay, maybe bottom tier wasn't the right way to say it, but I meant bottom half, so I agree completely with your spot of 8. When you said above average BIG team I thought you were saying finishing around the 5th spot.

In the category of what more can go wrong at Minnesota.  Mike Ellis, associate AD has resigned as a result of unspecified complaints made against him.  Ellis followed former Minnesota AD Norwood Teague to Minnie from VCU.  Teague resigned this past summer after he was accused of drunkenly harassing university employees.  What a twosome!
