It doesn't have to be textbook grammar, but at the very least use phrases so people know what the hell you mean. "Look at that fresh" and "pull up flame" do not qualify.

Well maybe he's been around the players and they say it. They're not exactly country boys ya know.

I get what you are saying but I don't think we are the target audience. This is another tool to attract the attention of recruits. Recruits understand this lingo more than we do. To another posters point I'm sure he is mirroring the current players vocabulary.

I can assure you that no players, or people my age, use the "lingo" that is posted on the Snapchat account. If it is used, it's to make fun of people trying to be cool.

Well then apparently you just don't have any fun lol. Easily could be things player just say at random while goofing off.

I think you and I are near the same age and I don't know of anyone that talks like that either.

You sure like to argue.

No. But I've heard dumber things. Maybe it's just me and my friends but we say plenty of random things that probably don't make sense. So this doesn't surprise me. I'm the same age as Yogi and I'm sure they're a bunch of goofs. Especially considering some on the team have liked to light it up in the past.

I've been around them enough to know they don't talk like that at all, and I can guarantee that they definitely don't talk like that in practices.

This is just my experience but a lot of my friends and especially those in sports do say stupid stuff like "look at that fresh"and even more nonsensical stuff so I guess I can understand where the account is coming from.

It's one thing to joke around but it's another thing when he's serious
