It seems like in the last ten years or so there’s been a big shift in emphasis to not losing by leaving no time left on the clock. So the focus is on running clock to near zero and going 1-on-1. This is in contrast to an older philosophy of working for the best shot andy actively trying to score.

will say there was a real difference in sitting and watching Michigan/Rutgers and Iowa/Ohio State in the morning games.  Iowa/Ohio State had a nice flow and there was about a five minute string where neither team could stop the other.

I'm a WKU grad and I follow the Hilltoppers closely. It's baffling to me because of all the great talent that he has brought in but Stansbury has produced nothing in his time there. As a matter of fact, the program has gone backwards. They really need somebody else at the helm.
