Not sure where to put this, but we've had a lot of discussion as to whether great shooters are 'born', 'made', or "coached up'.
Exhibit A: This year's stats against six cupcake opponents by our old friend Justin Smith:
GP MIN FG% 3P% FT% REB AST BLK STL PF TO PTS
6 27.0 46.2 20.0 52.2 5.5 1.3 0.8 1.2 1.8 1.7 12.3

Him and his dad are right, needs to be shooting more jump shots 🤦‍♂️

Calipari cancelled UK's scheduled game against Mike Davis's Detroit Mercy team. Neither team has Covid issues, and both teams have games scheduled before and after this game; none of these have been cancelled.

UK could use a win, and haven't cancelled any of their tougher games.

Calipari's son plays for Detroit Mercy.

Theories?

St Louis is really good.   They got some players.   They should be the favorite in the A-10.    Between St Louis and Richmond and I would lean St Louis.
Sycamores down 19 with 8 min to go

Minnesota has SLU this weekend. Casual fans are gonna think it’s an upset when they go into Williams and win it. We know better.

Yes, having those 2 on our current roster would make us a national threat.

The Garcia miss IMO was an extremely huge miss for IU.  To have him and TJD would have been ideal!  Then to have Logan come in the following year.

Another postivie update on Keyontae Johnson.

Gators Athletic Director Stricklin said on @ESPNGainesville that Keyontae Johnson has progressed. He’s been sitting up, having good conversations, laughing and smiling. He also says Johnson is still going through more tests.
