At this point we shouldn't look too much into projections. This team will look like a top 25 team one week and come around the following week looking like a MAC school (at best). So I guess we'll see which one shows up on Saturday!

I hate being a fair weather fan, but Saturday's game was the point in the season that I go from no matter what I am doing I am following the game, to if I have nothing better to do, I'll turn it on.

I am glad we have found a kicker, though.

I won't stop watching the games, but my expectations for this season will be difficult to change.  I predicted 6-6 to start the season.  Seems more like a 5-7 season unless we can find a dynamic WR.

Under normal circumstances I would watch the games and build my Saturdays around them. But with this move and home purchase I just don't have the time. I will try to catch it if I can. I have yet to have the opportunity to watch a game from beginning to end this fall.

Heck, I've watched two games from either a tree stand, or a duck blind.  I'm sure I missed seeing the Wisconsin record buck during the Missouri game. :) 

I thought for sure we would beat Rutgers, Purdue, and Michigan.  Looks like we can beat Purdue and Michigan, not so sure about Rutgers.  I thought the Maryland game would be close.

I predicted 6-6 as well...prior to the start of the season...I think that probably won't happen...

as far as the -14 line for the Hoosiers...umm...I will never condone betting on or against the Hoosiers, simply because they are too inconsistent on the line...

but...

damn...

I may just have to bet the Texans to cover this spread..
