I agree that it is amazing what a big win can do for our fans. I'll be very interested to see how the team uses this win to move onto the next opponent. Play to their potential, stick to the game plan, and get a B1G win. Go Hoosiers!

I think IU's fans (at least I can speak for myself) have been "Snakebit" once to often. We have seen them play good, and then turn around and play like a bad Middle School team. 

When it comes to IU Football I feel like Joe Btfsplk  from l'il Abner.  Things just always go wrong.

I know that "snakebite" feeling. I'm thrilled about the win over Mizzo. I think it would be great to see Memorial stadium full Saturday to show this team the support it has now deserved. Last Saturday was a big day for the team, but I think this Saturday is even bigger. Build on the win. They have to prove that they're for real.

Don't forget the '67 Hoosiers (Gonso, Isenbarger, Butcher, Cole, etc)... hardly anyone thought them capable until about games 3 or 4.  Then campus (and the state fans) caught fire and the stands were crammed full on game day.  Could happen again..

I was telling my buddy...think if we get to the Oct. 18 game vs. MSU at 5-1. It is very possible and that game would definitely border on "showdown" status.

Making it to the Iowa game at 4-1 would be great. Iowa lost to Iowa St. but rebounded nicely with a win at Pitt last weekend. I guess we'll learn more from their game against our dirty neighbors up north on Saturday.
