BTN ~ BIG TEN NETWORK COVERAGE

Recommended Posts

I NEED SOME HELP.

After reading the following, I hope that many of you will take some action on this suggestion.

I love to watch BTN.  My problem is that my local cable company does not provide us with this program.  At my mother-in-law's house in MO, we had the Big Ten Channel.  As such, I used to be able look it here in PA with the BTN2GO program BTN has.

NEED:

I am proposing that BTN set up a program that will allow people like me that cannot get access to the BTN program on the cable to obtain hookup with BTN2GO for a small fee rather than having to go off our cable and sign up for DISH or other satellite program to see BTN.

Whatever the  fee would be, it would go straight to the bottom line.

There must be thousands of IU fans (and other Big Ten Fans) that are in the boat as I am.  I was hoping that if we all called BTN and asked for this, possibly they might think about it seriously and provide this opportunity to "fans that were in areas where the cable companies will not provide BTN."

Thanking you all ahead of time and here is hoping that possibly it will do something.

Dennis

And it seemed like every time the game was a nail biter someone would have to hold the rabbit ears just right or it would go out.

if you don't want to give any money to BTN and would rather it go to IU, then just use the Hoosiers All-Access thing from their website. I've brought it up a couple of other times on the forum, but it really does work well, and it's cheap. Plus you can get all the exhibition games that won't be televised. You can watch any of the games from whatever device you have too.

It's only select games though right? Plus, I don't think IU gets the money. It goes to whatever the company streaming is. I checked it out last time you posted it.

Dakich is the worst. I get it, you think you'd be the best coach for the Hoosiers. You were terrible, no one cares.

To be fair, Dak didn't have a shot with what he had at IU.  He had to work with players that quit for the last several games after Sampson went down in flames!  I'm not saying that he would have worked here, but to judge him on that is a little short-sided.

You're right. Though, he is still terrible. Let's not forget his entire stint at Bowling Green. I don't have to judge him just on his performance at IU to confidently say he's a terrible head coach. He also is obviously bitter he didn't get the nod.
