Didn't see one here's a pic of the scene right after. His dad was in attendance and ran onto the field from the stands. Was a 99 mph fastball [attachment=597:ImageUploadedByBtownBanners1395286232.295530.jpg]

I'm worried that this isn't the average instance of a pitcher being hit in the head. I've been seeing reports of people literally "weeping" down on the field. Hope he is ok.

As hard as he throws it was probably a 120 mph line drive atleast that struck him. They said he's conscious and moving all his limbs so that's a positive sign.

I hadn't seen that. So that's good. I remember sports science did the experiment to see how fast a ball comes off a bat and it's something ridiculous.
