I think his ego needs the boost of being cheered one last time so he can continue believing he is great and leaving because he wants to / can tell himself IU will be sorry when he is gone. maybe if Tucker would stop shooting 17 ft jumpers for a majority of his shots and always fading away maybe just maybe he'd be playing more.

Hmm, a failed coach is going out kicking and screaming and IU should give a crap?  IU should say you have coached your last game. Do you want us to announce you have been fired or do you want to have a different story to tell the public? Why we would negotiate anything beyond what’s in the contract is silly if it means he remains coach. But, shitty decision makers are why we are in this mess, so throwing good money after bad is on par.

Listening to DD on my way home and he has talked to a few people he knows who is around the program. They both said that the Ayers are running the locker room and don't listen or respect the coaches. I guess Ballo has told Woodson to F off numerous times without any consequences.
