I remember when a few fans and sports writers thought Moore would be a one and done. Good times.

My first thought when reading this was that Phinisee has gotten worse during his college career.

My second thought was look at all that mid-major talent Miller brought to IU (all except Durr and, I think, Moore). Franklin is the only in that list who isn't.

All that mid-major bench talent.

I would love for Armaan to have stayed

I think most of us would.  He really seemed to very non-committal on whether he was going to transfer or not and IU had to move on.

That said, he hasn't made the kind of jump I thought he would after transferring.  Still looks like his best year was his last year at IU.

“The entire league wants OG Anunoby. Everybody wants OG Anunoby. If he ever gets traded, the price and picks are going to surprise people because it might be on par almost with what the Cavs gave up for Donovan Mitchell” - ESPN’s Zach Lowe

But, the Pacers drafted TJ Leaf, ‘cause, ya know….. actually, wait, I don’t know.

OG is an outstanding 2-way player, continues to play primarily as a role player with respect to scoring, but when asked to score he scores in the high 20s or more. He'd be a great fit on almost any team.

That P's decision looks so bad, but have to remember he was coming out of IU with that torn ACL -- The Raps actually took a decently big risk on drafting him. He went from lottery level draft consideration to teams wondering how long it'd be before he could play.

It was reasonable for them to be leery of OG, though I would have loved to seen them be aggressive there. The real miss was Leaf, who was a textbook ‘tweener and his warts were clear. He wasn’t a hard scout all.  Was floored that they saw him differently. He must have worked out incredibly well.
