He “famously” gets cred from Titus and Tate for exactly this. And it works over and over. He’s a student that knows nothing. Lol. Kinda funny really.

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette -

With only one game left in the regular season, it looks like Lincoln Park’s Brandin Cummings and Meleek Thomas will end up as one of the best WPIAL scoring tandems in more than 40 years.

Lincoln Park finishes the regular season Friday against Blackhawk. Cummings, a junior guard who recently made a verbal commitment to Pitt, takes a 23.1 average into the game. Thomas, a guard who is ranked among the top sophomores in the country by scouting services, also carries a 23.1 average into the contest.

Since the 1979-80 season, only four duos from the same WPIAL team have finished the regular season with both averaging more than 22 points per game.

Last night, Lincolne Park defeated Highlands 87-64 to advance to Friday's  WPIAL Class 4A championship to face North Catholic.  Thomas led all scorers with 29, 15 coming in the 1st Q.

Can’t get this to embed, but check it out. Interesting insight from the HC of the team Thomas’ team beat last night on Thomas and his teammate, Brandin Cummings, who’s a ‘23 going to Pitt. He’s absolutely right about Thomas as a player and great to hear how he sounds as a kid,

Side note: this dude is pretty impressive.
