Interesting. I did notice Archie's demeanor changed near the end of the season. You could see it on his face something was wrong. That may have just been him feeling like he had lost the team, but i always wondered if there was more to it.

I can't quite figure that out. There is a lot of info going around and I don't care to find out the truth to it because I'm not a Matta fan. He always reminded me of Gargamel on the smurfs. Yes that's how I decide if I like someone or not :-)

Good clarification. And I think that's the point, right? This is something that is simmering enough that there are people who would have reason to know are talking about it. And some people on this site know those people. Right now, it's just: let's have fun and see what happens. If nothing comes of it, so be it - not the fault of anyone here! In the meantime, I enjoy hearing commentary from you.

At the end of the day, we've gotta watch this team next year and each year after that until either we die or college basketball ceases to exist. Might as well have fun with it.
