I think everyone needs to pump the brakes a bit. I think the 3 coaches are Stevens, Beard, and Belien however nothing is a done deal yet. Key word is yet. This is a Brad Stevens decision and he will be the one to make it. He must decide and I don’t believe any decision has been made. I don’t want to pour cold water on everyone’s “movement” but everyone is acting like an announcement for today. It is not to that point yet. Voice of reason and also remember the Billy discussion.

Okay, I see a lot of confusion about flights and flights changing. Let me try and give some perspective from the industry. Don’t get too hung up on what you see on flight aware or other various sites. Remember the entire point of private air travel is it is designed on your schedule. Don’t think of a “1000” departure as the end all. It’s merely a place holder flight plan. The data you see on those websites is merely what the pilot or pilots company has filed through the local ARTCC or Tower then added to the FAA and FIDS system. It means nothing. A private flight is strictly at the whim of the client. They change times/days/airports continually. BS could literally say, Scott, at 10am on Thursday I take a real long dump, that time won’t work, and “poof” the flight has changed. Also, just FYI for that particular aircraft and again why people fly private- weather short of a very severe thunderstorm at the moment of taxi isn’t holding or changing the flight. If it moved or moved days it’s because the client wasn’t ready. Full stop.

Other "fanbases" can make fun of us all they want about screaming and peeing our pants like a bunch of teenage girls at a Beatles concert, but that's why IU basketball is IU basketball.  Very few other programs have the passion that we have, and none have our overall good looks and intelligence.  If Stevens doesn't come we will be crushed, but we'll pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and tip our cap to Dolson for going to the wall for this.  We will get behind any coach that is can prove to be a winner at IU, Stevens just has the resume to be fully behind him from day 1.

Oh I’m fully aware.  That’s just part of it I guess.  I’ve been around long enough on HSN to know some understand stuff changes and others will just say I made it up or something to that effect.  Doesn’t bother me either way.

Just depends on where talks are I guess. Would be one hell of a statement. That's for sure!
