To an extent. There’s always those pro teams that have an incredibly high payroll and stink. Still have to be able to build a team, have a coherent philosophy and scout talent.

I know. Big difference between pro and college though. You bring in enough talent and you can compete well. Maybe not win a championship but you can do well I believe
