Holiday Decorating

I know this might be a seasonal topic but I love outdoor decorating for Halloween and Christmas. We took the kiddos driving tonight to look at lights and I finally got my wife’s approval to do a Star Wars set up for May 4th

I hit the Halloween specials after the holiday. Was able to snag a 7 and 12ft reapers, and then an 8ft ghost that changes colors. Hoping to make a coffin this year. I have a light projector above the garage.

Love the pics! My goal is over the next couple years to get RGB lights and sync them to music. Probably my next step up. I love doing this stuff.

 

For Halloween, a lot of us in the subdivision sit out in the driveway with our fire pits for trick or treaters, I got asked multiple times from parents if their kids can take a picture with the dragon. That thing is the most popular blowup I’ve ever had.

Nice, I like the tree lit up with the alternating red and white. Candy canes and IU, perfect Christmas combo :) lol.

Yeah, I love to candy cane my trees.  Here's a picture of one side of my backyard with the star of bethlehem shining above an orchid tree and two more candy caned trees

There were two guys that used to do it up big in SoIN many moons ago. People would drive from across the river just to see them.

There was a guy near Celina, OH that puts a large interlocked IU on his roof every year.  It was pretty baller.
