Free.

Free?

FREE??!!

omg!

Yes, there are still plenty of 18 year olds that are not entirely motivated by money, and one of them will be starting for IU next year.

Hmmm...could be building a future following in social media??  But I know as much about social media as I do quantum physics.   :)))

Interesting read with more of Woody’s thoughts on JHS than I’ve read elsewhere. Would be real careful extending a Jason Kidd comparison too far, that’s one of greatest mental processors in the history of the game, but it is interesting the way Woody sees him. Also a bit about the Reneau recruitment,

Jalen Hood Schifino also displayed extraordinarily mature leadership qualities at Montverde.

That is an underrated skill, especially for someone who is likely to be one of our better players.

Yeah peak Jason Kidd was the best and most important player on two NBA finalists — the sun, moon, and stars of the Nets’ offense and a great defender. Then almost a decade later he played 35 minutes a game as a role player and won a title. Incredibly lofty comp.

Woody’s been around high-level hoops for 45 years, so I don’t think he makes the comparison lightly. But geez.

What a great work ethic.

On his instagram account, Hood-Schifino posted multiple images of him working out with Clippers forward Paul George and former Seton Hall standout guard Myles Powell.

Hmm If JHS comes in ready to dominate I might have to apologize for some of the crap I have said about Paul George. More than likely I will just give all the credit to Myles Powell

As long as he develops PG's defense and not his ego

“The kid just works and works and works,” Montverde Academy associate head coach Rae Miller said about Jalen. “…His work ethic is unquestionably one of the best ones we’ve had.”
