Marshall attended Norcross HS in Norcross, GA for his freshman season and then transferred to Kell HS in Marietta, GA for his sophomore season.   He's ranked #59 by Rivals and #72 by On3.  He's unranked by both 247 and ESPN.   He played AAU for Game Elite 16U on the Adidas circuit.  I found data for 10 games and he averaged 10.7 ppg on 54% FG and 49% FT.  He only attempted 1 3-pointer which he missed.  He averaged 7.1 rpg; 1.1 asst; 3 TO; .5 stl and 2.3 blks.

Jahki Howard is listed as a 6'6" SF.  He's bounced around schools.  He played at Norcross HS in Norcross, GA and then moved west to Kanye West's Donda Academy for '21-'22  before jumping to Overtime Elite for the upcoming year.  He's ranked #28 by 247; #37 by Rivals; #38 by On3 and #34 by ESPN.  That's an unusually close ranking by the 4 services.  He played 14 AAU games for 17U Team Thad on the EYBL circuit averaging 9.1 ppg on 59% FG; 17% on 3's and 72% FT.  He average 5.2 rpg; 1 asst; 1.2 stl; 1.1 blk and .8 TO.

Sixty-Two Athletes to Participate in USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team Minicamp

Sixty-two athletes will participate in a USA Basketball Junior National Team minicamp from Oct. 7-10 at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

 

Minicamp participants will represent the high school graduating classes of 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. Players and coaches were selected by the USA Basketball Men’s Developmental National Team Committee. In addition to on-court drills and scrimmages, the Junior National Team members and their parents will participate in a series of educational programs presented by USA Basketball, NCAA and NBA Player Development Program focused on NCAA eligibility, mental health issues and life skills development.

 

“USA Basketball is excited about the elite group of players that will be part of the Junior National Team minicamp,” said Sean Ford, committee chair and USA Basketball’s Men’s National Team director. “It’s a pleasure to return several gold medalists and training camp members from this summer’s competitions, as well as welcome a group of young, talented players into the program.”

Carlyle, Castle, Dailey Jr., Garrison and McCain were members of USA Basketball’s 2022 FIBA U18 Americas Championship team, which captured its sixth straight gold medal. Carr and Daily Jr. were also members of the 2022 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup team.
