I'll be honest, I have no idea what to expect from Khristian this year. With absolutely no tune up games and heading straight to high major competition I am worried. Will be interesting for sure.

You and me are the same timeline then. I have slight memories of IUBB before that, but that run was when I truly became an IU fan for myself. That team with AJ, JJ, Coverdale and the rest of the gang....man that was good times. Fun times. 

74 thru 76 teams for me. Thank God that the only channels we could get were WTWO and WTHI in Terre Haute instead of WCIA in Champaign. I might be an Illini fan if that happened. I shudder to think about it.
For you youngsters, only being able to get 2 or 3 channels was normal. ;)
Heck, I didn't get cable until I got married in 88 and moved to town.

Even though we played the fighting Caliparis, I'm just glad the B1G didn't step in and declare Ohio State the winner. LOL!
