Hopefully Race gets in that 22-25 minute range. What he brought at the end of the season was really solid.

Yep like a lot of young players he offers a lot. Think he needs to work on consistency but that’s to be expected. If he can play his best consistently. He will be good and will be a starter after TJD leaves

He reminds me of f Darrell Thomas.

Undersized junkyard dog.

He had good form on his jumper and I look for it to pay off this season.

I love the kid and his tenacity.

Yep.  I’d been told his birthday was in February. But have never seen that confirmed. But found his birth year listed as 2003 a few places so it makes sense.

Saw a post on HSN where Archie wished Lander a HBD today, and my understanding is he’d be 18? Unfortunately for us IU fans, making him eligible for next years draft.

Do they have to be 19 at the time of the Draft or the start of the season? If it is the former, he isn't eligible if the draft is held when it usually is.

19 in the calendar year. So he’s good. Hopefully he sticks around

Roster balance is excellent:

  • Due to leave after this year: 3 (Al, Joey, TJD)
  • After next year: 3 (Rob, Race, Khristian)
  • After three years: 2 (Jerome, Armaan)
  • After four years: 3: (Anthony, Trey, Jordan)

That kind of class balance is refreshing to see, gotta admit.

They have to win games while they’re here though. I agree the roster balance is where it should be but the consistency for a full season culminating in expectations has to be there. IF THERE IS A SEASON.
