IU vs Notre Dame 12/21 Noon ESPN

Recommended Posts

Do we finally have a maker in BLF?! Let’s go Franklin!!

Solid run between TV timeouts. The two East layups cake off bad Green plays. We need to stop the unforced TOs and get back on D. They’re struggling to score in the half court.

I’d like to see us go into half with a bigger lead.

Darn, Smith has missed a couple close shots.

I’ve noticed he looks away then goes up on some of those around the rim. I’d like to see him just use his athletic ability and make a play instead of trying to sneak into an easier (harder) shot.

In fairness, he's neutralized Mooney for ND as much as he can along with providing offense. There's certainly a chasm between what Joey's provided and the cameo that Deron had in the 1st half.

Solid first half. Notre Dame will come out firing in the second half.

We need to get into the paint and continue to finish. Notre Dame won’t foul us because they’re “too smart” and always in “good position.”

Cut out the stupid turnovers and defend the three and I like our chances to close out this game.

Exactly, it’s not like he’s played well in some of these games. The sarcasm from people when they are playing well is just as tiring as the doom and gloomers in this forum.

He’s always shown excellent footwork in the post. It’s when he’s facing athleticism on defense that gives him problems. ND is perfect for him as they don’t have those types of athletes. Now if Green would stop the one handed post passes we could blow this team out. Keep it up Hoosiers!

After Green’s one handed cocked back pass that luckily got kicked, Archie had that look of “this is never going to change.”

He’s also benefited from ND’s guards being completely unable to exploit him in ball screen actions. And make no mistake, the kid’s having a really good day, but he remains highly exploitable.
