My current workplace is just a complete mess. The guys in charge think Root Cause Corrective Action is something a dentist takes care of for you. 

I just need out, tired of banging my head on a wall.

A coworker had a kid who worked at spot freight in downtown Indy. Said it was a great place to work.

Finally got a new job guys. Its a great oppirtunity and works better for my family plus it pays better at a more successful company.
