Josh Harris, Curtis, and a developmental freshman or rising sophomore in the backcourt would be sweet. 

The two players you are talking about were the top two scorers and rebounders on said team and they were a freshman and sophomore.

He seems like a nice Combo Guard to have in the rotation. He’s good off the bounce, and can get to the rim. His shot has kind of a slow release but it’s effective. I’m pumped!

Not really a test of optimism. This kid is a clear bench piece and young. He will develop this year or will get recruited over. But he has good measurable and put up points and rebounds vs better competition than kids going to high school in Indiana. 

Just block the guy. Easy.  Or troll back by referring to him as Dan Jockitch.

Not at all, and yet it kind of feels like that’s where this might be going. Make it tough for team’s to get their defense set and  just trying to grind them down with your depth and pace. 

Are you lost in stats without ever having watched him? He was a force, just as he is in the NBA. His soph year he was taking off then came his season-ending injury. These stats are at best misleading. Hysterically wrong take here

I see all this worry about our size on the frontline.  Villanova 2018 says hello.  They crushed everyone through the tournament with not one person over 6'9 I believe.

This. The DeVries style is said to be packline but when I watch he uses some concepts but sticks closer to the 3 point guys than a traditional pack. His teams are always pretty good guarding the three. They do let the opposing interior guys eat more. His defense has always been better than the personnel suggests. I hope that trend continues.

I have a feeling we're going to look back at this one as being a big get...especially if the Gonzaga interest is accurate.
DDV seems to be targeting some real length for the most part. 6'7" at the 2, with those shooting numbers, is pretty formidable.

Isaac Trotter247Sports College Basketball Analyst Nick Dorn opened eyes when he hit five triples against North Carolina and Notre Dame in non-conference play. The 6-foot-7 wing can be a high-volume flamethrower who is mostly at his best playing off the ball, hunting catch-and-shoot treys. Dorn would thrive in a transition-heavy scheme. The question is if he's a great shooter or just a good one.

Very excited about this pick up. This seems to solidify we won’t have Goode back next year regardless of the waiver, which while disappointing for sentimental reasons… seems worth the trade off for two years of Dorn, who could develop into a very good 3 & D type player. #13 CG in the portal. 6’7 200. 
We are going to have backcourt / perimeter play IU fans haven’t enjoyed in far too long. Kudos DDV and staff. 

No one that has visited while KJ has been on staff hasn’t committed lol
