So?

I’ve listened to the entire series. 14 or so teams featured. This one was by far the most negative toned episode of the group.
scheduling is mocked. Shooting is mocked. Roster fit is mocked. Previous seasons lack of success mocked.
Let’s hope to prove college basketball incorrect about Mike Woodson.
IMO all merited. I hope to see changes in shooting etc. with the new additions. No excuses.

Would love to have a shot of this from either end line because I really want to know what she saw. From where she is I can’t imagine there looks like any angle there. Saw someone online comp her to Steve Nash and that’s a really good one.
Talk about floor vision, heads up from the moment she has the ball

And honestly this is a good way to get a team comprised of many new pieces in sync. Starting out of the gate with this group with a loaded schedule would be stupid, and we’ve got the early tournament with high profile games anyway.

Not sure Buckley would have ever been huge based on his iconoclastic instincts and how hard his catalogue and tastes cut against the grain. But what a freaking talent. I can count on 2 hands how many songs I love as much as this one.
As a guitar guy I'll say I like the two-Telecaster guitar sound. I have the same black/silver Tele as the guy on the right (along with a Strat). Single coil pickup but has excellent range, great guitar, see it in rock but also across a range of genres.

Fully agree — but, the Archie Miller hire was a complete disaster/ fail, and the musical chair coach hires / fires is not a recipe for success anywhere.

Yeah I lived/worked in KC MO for a few years, and the hatred of KU was a real thing...

^^ Yes, I see this year as the season CMW must take the team deep in conference and in March -- that, as a necessity for potential extension. And also agree though with @bigrodthat this season is just 1, minimally he'll have to replicate it (strong season) the following season.

You could probably throw a blanket over the 1st 3. UCLA-USC is probably the only 1 that just looks dead wrong.
I always think that IU-UK could've developed into a major rivalry but for Cal's chickening out after that memorable game in the Hall.
Illinois - Missouri over KU-Missouri?

Nothing like an emotionless German chamber singer model with her harmonium to get the motor running! Lol
Semi related, so I’m working out in my office bldg gym, and the gym is playing German easy listening- soft pop… Why!! Who the H works out to German soft pop??

And these are some raw but really smart lyrics. Love it. If Ian Curtis had popped up today this might be what he’d be putting out. Don’t love some of the production choices, but they’ve evidently put out an album or 2 since this one. Will absolutely check them out.
Have a number of their tunes in my playlists. Good band

That was kind of my reaction but this isn't last year's squad. With this squad, we should expect to win, that's hard for me to do based on where we've been coming into this season, but imo we should be expecting W's. It's on Woodson to deliver them, now.

Funny, watching the match yesterday I was thinking he even has the same demeanor lol.
I was also a big Conner, Borg, Agassi tennis watcher, those guys were so much fun to watch, turned to women’s tennis with the drop off in the men’s game, the big change the Williams sisters brought, Hingis, Seles, and now the incredible depth in women’s tennis (hoping Coco grows up mentally soon and brings more of a killer instinct, she’s good enough to be dominant but doesn’t like stress and didn’t bring it this season).
that Fritz-Tiafoe match was a battle, T just ran out of gas. The US men are on the cusp of getting back, going to be really tough to take down Sinner, but great to see Fritz- the US - back in the US Open final
