No we’re still going to go after him but he will have to make a decision to either come here with less minutes to go around or go to another big time program and play 30-40 minutes.

I know you don’t want to take my word for it but he’s told a lot of people in the last 5 years that he will coach CBB again particularly one school.

He’s probably heard what I have. IU is going to try to meet everything Ballo wants and then say commit to us and not take your other visits. Lots of people think it will work.

I don't think he will leave unless they win the championship or is fired. Winning the championship is more likely than being fired.

If the Celtics win the championship in July and Brad wants the job, Woodson would be out in a hurry.

Yes, I think that deal is already done. But I think if Hickman would commit then Carlyle might reconsider.

I think they are going to push for Hickman and Ballo to commit on Sunday but think Hickman is going to take his visits. If he does commit it would make it interesting for Carlyle

First off this is not bashing Woodson since everyone is so sensitive about that these days. But I don't think the portal guys we have got so far have anything to do with Woodson selling them anything. Both have had long relationships with Ya. Also, both are getting a lot of money and starting positions. Not much of a sale there. I do think Woodson is really good when he is in the room with recruits. But he hasn't been in the room with these two yet.

Our NIL got a little boost from those two families this season but we have always had a big NIL. Fans will make up some of that NIL if those two don't give the same amount next season or another booster will step up.

If we add those 3 then we're down to 3 scholarships. Then it gets tougher because you would be most likely a bench player and only get spot minutes.

Also, I guess all posters can agree that with this roster so good then there is no reason why we can't finish in the top 3 of the Big Ten, and if we don't then Mike Woodson needs to be fired. I mean all I'm reading on the IU interest thread is how loaded we are. So it can't be a talent problem this season

What was the major problem last season? Shooting. Have we upgraded shooting no we haven't so far. We have more talent that is for sure. We have better guards. If it was me Conwell, Hickman, and Humrichous would have been bigger priorities for me. But what do I know I'm just some dumb poster on BTB
