Yes it's still wide open but I think it went from us being the leader in the fall to wide open. MSU, OSU and UCLA have all made great strides with him. In the fall he was coming down every weekend and now he hasn't been down to a game this season I don't believe.

I'm saying he would announce for IU tomorrow night and not go to Vandy on Saturday.

The Damon interview had me thinking that while he was there Friday night, on senior night Romeo could announce for IU and then not go on his visit to Vandy. Kind of like a middle finger to Garland and Vandy.

Would it make everyone feel better if for some reason Romeo doesn't make the visit to Vanderbilt? Would we feel like we got Garland and Vandy back some for how they treated us?

I agree with Vanderbilt but not sure about UCLA. More NC's, warmer weather, living in LA they should have a nice sales pitch.

Maybe the whole family is going because the whole family needs to be sold on Vandy. Maybe only Romeo came with his trainer to IU because not everyone needed to be sold.

Everyone had to know that all three programs are going to make their last pitch. Dollar Bill is not going down without a fight. Also the Langfords have said they wanted to see Vandy in person one more time since it's close

I would expect someone to leave but not sure it will be Green. I have no idea who it will be. Just seems to typically happen.

There was always going to be a PG recruited in the 19 class.

I haven't officiated a game down south this season so I don't know anything about FC but when your best player is in foul trouble the whole night, remember what I said. It's more money and more popular for HS basketball for Romeo & NA to advance in the state tourney.

Also if you don't think the IHSAA doesn't want Romeo in the state finals than you are crazy. They find a way to get the teams they want to advance.

Yes I think we will have a transfer or two or more, so we can bank a scholly or get a grad transfer to go along with Romeo & the other freshman :-)

No trouble just extremely busy with work, coaching 6th-grade basketball and officiating at a high school almost every night. As far as Romeo is concerned I have heard almost nothing. One tidbit last week but not sure if I believe it even though it was pro-IU. I hope he chooses IU but not sure if he even knows where he is going next year yet. With or without him I do think our roster is going to look a lot different next season.

Here is what I read last night Referee tells Archie they determined it hit the rim, but not that there was a jump ball. So it's Illinois ball. #iubb

After watching the replay the refs said it hit the rim but they stopped the play before the figured out who had the ball after the rebound was what I read online last night.

Keith Kimble was really bad last night. He was calling something every time down the floor in the 2nd half. He was calling fouls that weren't even in his area. He's not a normal Big Ten ref so not sure why he got the game. Maybe because Valentine has given some games back.

I can tell this place has missed me.

Assume the opposite :-). I'm pretty sure he is going to give it go unless something changes this afternoon. Don't know how effective he will be but I think you will see him on the court.

Not only attended the game but came with a friend and not his parents. Practicing making that drive by himself to get ready for next year? I have no idea where he is going to go but I did hear some good info for IU if it's real. I somewhat believe it but it was 2nd hand.
