Underwhelmed if it does end up being mike, isn’t Bruiser our big man coach?

-
That feels out of left field, never really heard anything after his unofficial here

How would an announcement like this one take place, Just an announcement by the university or a tweet by the program?

Khristian Lander '21 (Lander and Love will face each other in the event.)
Blake Wesley '21
Jalen Washington '22
Thank you for having something else to post to get away from another Luke Brown discussion

Yeah I thought I remembered us not really going for a commitment here

Exactly and I know Old friend is fine with just Indiana players and surrounding states but I think Archie and Ostrom do that just fine, I want somebody that helps us bring is top recruits from outside cause some years the Midwest will be weak recruiting

Yeah drafts fine

What’s the better team? Haha
-
I’d give it a go myself
-
Yeah have some interest as well wondering about the above questions

Absolutely think any baseball fan is doing themselves an injustice not watch him play when they get a chance

He is a leader.....and I know that because I knew him in school a little, he is connected having played in the NbA for 15 years and done lots of coaching since, and he's an IU guy. Personally? I can't stand Bruiser Flint. I think he adds next to nothing. Why is Calbert a bad fit given your description? I'm at the Reds v Angel's game, so good 'tween innings conversation.
Hey at the game myself, if you’re a reds fan it’s been a good one

2. Starting 5: Davis, TJD, Rob, Al and Devonte
3. PPG for top 5 scorers: I'll leave that one up to you experts but I will pick TJD to be our leading scorer at season end.
4. Hot take #1: Jerome Hunter never logs a minute of action for IU and I really really want to be wrong about this.
5. Hot take #2: I'll take Race Thompson to be the 6th man of the year.
Boooo!

I said it at the end of the season and I still feel the same way: I don't care how much the players can lift, how high they can jump, or how much they look like bodybuilders - it means nothing if it doesn't translate into playing basketball better.
This isn’t aimed at you , but the players like it though, it’s not like the coaches are solely focused on these things but the players and recruits like the lifting competitions and records. And young players love to talk about their vert. Look at TJD comments on the vertical video. It’s something they enjoy.

Seems to me 6’4 for Galloway and 6’5 for Leal is the most often I’ve seen.

I’ve liked a lot of what’s been said already so I’ll only throw out The Blacklist since I don’t think it has, really good show James Spader is fantastic in it.

During a recruiting period a staff is allowed 4 coaches to be out recruiting. While Archie looks to fill the position he will act as the 4th coach out recruiting. Calbert did the same thing on Creans staff. He filled in during the recruiting evaluation while Crean was hiring new assistant. I’m not 100 percent on this but I think they only fill in on the recruiting periods and don’t do any of the other responsibilities an assistant coach would have. Sounds like Schilling’s contract was only 2 years and maybe just didn’t get renewed

Moving the draft a day earlier or later would benefit me, but if it works for everyone else I understand
