It's all based on potential. 5 stars can lose work ethic or stop caring as much and be a bust, while 3 stars can work their as off, get help from a good coach and explode. In the end it's all on a coach and how they read and interact with players.

Very true, but damn Luck should know he could have the whole coaching staff fired before somebody thought about cutting him.

That's my point regardless of how much Luck wants to play, if his injuries is effecting him as much as some want to think then the Coaches need to bench him. No player is forced to play of they're hurt, Luck wants to play, and the coaches need to say no.

I've probably followed about as closely as you, but does it matter? I'm sure Luck is wanting to play but if it's his injury forcing him to play this bad, then for the good of the team sit him until he's ready.

Well if he's so hurt, he can't stay in the pocket because he's scared he needs to stay off the field.

It's stupid to even mention trading Luck, but jeez quit blaming the OC for his failures this year. Watching the games you can see tons of examples of Luck just making terrible reads and bad throws. You can blame his "injury" but that shouldn't cause his decision making to falter. I don't know what his problem is but getting his head fixed needs to be their #1 priority because the season is already in the shitter.
