    The logic is the same as any other workplace in America. If you are getting fired for gross incompetence you don’t get to hang around for a month.  
     
    Where’s the logic in letting a guy who was already toxic hang around the lockerroom for a month.

    If our next coaches is afraid that he might get fired after failing miserably for just shy of 4 years then I don’t think he’s the right guy

    Letting him ride out the year is just further proof we don’t have standards and terrifies me for the next hire.

    In the office by 8 isn’t early for a coach. Ed orgeron(sp) used to get in by 530. Coach Cig is similar I think
